No. (1) You didnt specify platform. lib? I assume windows then

(2) lib without dll would be useless

(3) Read the documentation. You're supposed to get the latest cvs 
version and compile it yourself.

(4) You're going to link binaries of unchecked provenance with your own 
code? You like to live dangerously...
