On Windows, it probably will be. If someone hacks it to compile with 
Microsoft compilers, none of the gcc AT&T-syntax ASM can be directly

You *choose* an OS, you *choose* all the pros and cons that go along 
with it. Same goes for Unix.

"More" does not necessarily equate to "better".
