Has anyone had any experience with trying to get FFMPEG to encode WMV's with multiple bitrates. It does seem to encode with them but i get the maximum and then a minimum stream of 64k, i have been looking into getting it to encode for a 256k stream but with no luck. Has anyone come across this? Thanks
