There's a great story about a Buddhist monk who kept falling alsleep
whenever he tried to meditate. He'd tried all the techniques his
teacher taught him, but still he couldn't manage to stay awake. So one
day he resolved to succeed and he positioned himself sitting
precariously on the edge of a well, and he meditated without falling
asleep.

Presumably this has some relation to coding and nasty bloat designed
to baby you...
