[Ffmpeg-devel] H264 Streaming

Hi all!
I'm a new comer in H264 streaming, and I have some question. Sory for my English (it so bad).
I have a right rtp H264 (single NAL mode), it's work very well with pvx8000 (polycom confrencing). Now I want to stream it to QuickTime. What I have to do?
I have read rfc3984 and I can't understand what is sprop-parametter-set mean and how to get it?
