After various hours, audio and video are still in sync. So, the code in
ffmpeg is working ok (I just have to remember to use the "async"
option :). And libavformat seems to be producing proper timestamps.

Now, I'd like to use the video card as a time-source for synchronization
(so that no video frames are dropped/duplicated, but A/V Sync is
mantained by resampling the audio). But I do not know how to achieve
this result... I'll probably have to modify ffmpeg.c for this purpose.
But I'll look at this next week.
