Can we please have a rational discussion instead of gratuitious flaming?

Rich is completely right.  I know a lot of designers.  In the draft stage,
many of them work with paper and only afterwards transfer the best ideas
to a _vector_ graphics program like Adobe Illustrator, not Photoshop.
