   Marketing types don't help, and neither does having codecs (MPEG4) 
and containers (MPEG4) referred to by the same name.  Whether it is 
correct to refer to the MPEG4 video codec as MPEG4 I am not sure but it 
certainly causes some confusion.

   Just to clarify something I have always wanted to clarify but never 
found the answer to on the Internet: The MPEG4 video codec and H.263 
video codec are *different* codecs aren't they?
