[Ffmpeg-devel] H264 decoder & low delay

[Mean]

Hello,

after the hurry_up thingie, now the LOW_DELAY flag.
Until now i used it to force one frame in/one frame out in DTS order

But the h264 decoder does not seem to honor this behaviour
The attached patch seems to fix it.

If the idea is interesting/not utterly stupid i will send
a nicer one (without the name in the comment etc...)

This one is just for review/reject/missing stuff/there is a better way 
to do it.
