Hi

Here is the GXF muxer.
Muxing is a bit ugly since it is needed to have all audio samples before
the video associated that is why buffering audio and video packets is
needed. Is there a cleaner way to do that ?

Files produced are compatible with GXF demuxer of course and also with
Broadcast servers based on GXF file format (Profile), you might adapt to
SERVER_PATH value to your broadcast server's one.
