[Ffmpeg-devel] ffmpeg help going to both stdout and stderr.

OK, so after implemeting the full scheme I discussed I realized that the
only useful part is setting the file output.  So what do I do to  check this
in?

Does it get reviewed.  I looked in the FAQ, etc. and could not figure out
what the process is.   A link to a page that discusses it would be
appreciated.
