non-SIMD: as soon as its in ffmpeg (and other authors agreed)
SIMD:     as soon as you return to mplayer(G2) development (and other
          authors agree)

note, iam also fine with making a simple generic MMX planer rescaler
LGPL immedeatly so there wont be a step back from imgconvert.c
