Note: You cannot change the password, it resides in a human-readable
passwd-style file.

Note2: We'll have to decide if we separate FFmpeg and MPlayer committers
or if we automatically give committers on one project privileges on the
other, like we used to.  I'd vote for the latter, many developers are
shared anyway and we did not really have problems in the past.
