[Ffmpeg-devel] [PATCH] GIF encoder

Hi

GIF encoder ported from lavf to lavc.
Very simple encoder (no compression), if someone is motivated to code
LZW compression it would be nice.

Now we can remove AVImageFormat from lavf without regression.
