you can have your source in /foo/ffmpeg/  and build in /foo/build or
/foo/ffmpeg/build.

That's interresting :
	* fast make distclean  = rm -rf build;mkdir build
	* testing a change on several compilo  (/foo/ffmpeg/build-mingw,
	/foo/ffmpeg/build-linux)
