[Ffmpeg-devel] Building FFMpeg

Hi.

I intend to use FFMpeg to use the H.263 codec and if possible the
RTP/RTCP stack on a VoIP application, that I'm developing, under Windows
Mobile 5.0.
I've downloaded the SVN version but I can't understand how to use it.

I've tried something like:
ffmpeg $ ./configure --prefix=~/ff --enable-mingwce --enable-x264
ffmpeg $ make
ffmpeg $ make install

The result on ~/ff/lib/ was:
lib $ ll
total 736
    libtcl8.4.so
    libtclstub8.4.a
    tcl8.4
    tclConfig.sh


So.. My question is... How can I use libavcodec and libavformat on my
Visual Studio .NET 2005 project?
Can anyone give me a point to start?
