My FTP-client (total commander) asked me for a username and password. other anonymous ftp-servers don't do that...

Hi Michael,

thx for the tips. I'd really like to finetune options, but where can I get more documentation on those? 
The official "FFmpeg Documentation - Table of Contents" doesn't even list any of 
"-flags", "trell" "-cmp" and "-subcmp"...

And I did not thought about a higher bitrate could help an encoding-feature that works for 10 seconds and than stops?...

More hints would be helpfull - any tutorials or manpages I could read to get more understanding for this?
