As far as I know, AC3 decoding is complete and testable, LC AAC is complete and 
testable, the vorbis encoder guy disappeared and the AMR NB decoder is as yet 
incomplete but I'm going to continue working on it when I have time (in a couple 
of weeks) to finish it and add to it.
