I tend to agree, but to be completely honest, I don't think it's worth
the time.  This whole licensing review has been a bit of an effort
already and it's not even finished yet.  I really cannot be bothered to
run through all relevant files (again), make a decision if the content is
copyrightable, post a list, discuss, flame, etc.  Attaching the LGPL to
them is just so much easier.  We just won't mind if somebody ignores the
license for these files then.

You (or anybody else) is of course most welcome to undertake this in my
stead.
