Hello: Just checking vcr1, clrj codecs there is an #IF 0 ...... #endif making frame encoding inaccesible. Does this encoders works? Or is there a licensing problem? I'm trying to take them as simple examples but want to know if encoder routine is buggy/incomplete. Thanks
