[Ffmpeg-devel] [PATCH] [RFC] visibility, less messy way

here some patches about visibility, it is just for the sake of doing it 
and archival purposes , I hadn't benchmarked them. It is just a cleaner 
way to get the same result.

basically:

- a private header included in libavutil
- a per library patch for adding visibility
- a patch to configure
