the vlc decoding isn't complete (some tables needs to be rewritten), 
downmixing coeffs are not handled at all (default or from stream), 
downmixing routines should be taken/shared with the ac3decoder, streams 
with little endian byteorder aren't supported, but I think those should 
be handled in a dts parser. I'll add a TODO list and a patch so it can 
be used in ffmpeg when I get the time.
