[Ffmpeg-devel] [PATCH] split video_grab_device

Currently we have two files that declare the AVInputFormat
video_grab_device_demuxer.  I propose splitting this into
video_grab_v4l_demuxer and video_grab_bktr_demuxer.  This eliminates
some ugliness from the Makefiles and should make more sense overall.
