Stop messing with my code.

I told you before that I'm planning to make changes with it after I
finish my current project.
Just a week ago I broke the compatibility with previous version. I
don't want to publish interface that I'm planning to change.

And btw, the patch doesn't take into account if xvmc is enabled in lavcodec.
