A few things:

1) This is the FFmpeg devel list, not the MPlayer devel list.
2) Playing tracker module formats is a bit outside the realm of what
FFmpeg is generally chartered to do, at least IMO.
3) You just stated that FMOD plays OXM files and that FMOD runs on
Linux. Ergo, there is a "replayer" for these files on Linux.
