I was going to suggest that you add a couple lines to
http://ffmpeg.mplayerhq.hu/ffmpeg-doc.html.
But, that page is not part of the wiki, so i'm not sure how to patch it.
I looked at the multimedia wiki and there is an article that mentions the
profiles, so the '-h' is enough i think.
