Yes, for these I agree, a few of them were added after my license
review, some others before, I wonder how I missed them.

Oh, and if ffserver.h serves no purpose (anymore), by all means remove
it...

I'm not sure about these files.  GPLv2 (only) is not so good, we have
GPLv2 or later in all other files.
