yes, i thought about this too, but i was unsure if its the proper thing
to do, these people subscribed in digest mode not in non digest mode
maybe they rather want to receive no mails instead of non digested ones

though if the consensus is that i should just switch everyone to non
digest mode, i can certainly do that, we only have about 1200 subscribers
so i guess its a mere 10-20 min manual work ...
