Should common.h include mem.h or should all files that need the memory
allocation functions directly include mem.h (that would be 141 files)?
Is the "mem.h" name okay? I'm asking because ffplay.c, apiexample.c and
output_example.c now directly have to #include "mem.h" which appears a
bit awkward to me, as it shows no relation to ffmpeg or libavutil.
