 From experience, their transaction commission which should buy you  
some form of insurance on any transactions you make is completely  
worthless. They are very passive in following up any claims. I would  
also advise against Paypal but I'm wary of direct bank transfers for  
things too as I have lost money this way in the past. Some holding  
body that is trustworthy and active in dealing with issues would  
probably be appreciated, but if there are not enough bounties and  
donations, is it worth it?

:) Which country's law do we choose to be acceptable for handling  
people's money? My knowledge of law is not significant, only that the  
US has millions of laws because people sue for stupid reasons like "I  
put my cat in the microwave to dry it out and it died. There was no  
warning telling me not to do so. I want compensation." compared to  
most other countries which rely on common sense a bit more. So I  
hear, anyway.
