Hello all,

Some links to ARM related documentation in 'optimization.txt' are not valid
anymore, so here is a patch to fix it.

Maybe it is not a very good idea to provide direct links which can get
outdated on arm websites updates, but some important documents are not so
easy to find just browsing. For example if we want to find information about
instruction timings for Nokia 770 internet tablet, naturally we would look
for ARM926 documentation, but it does not provide pipeline description and
instruction timings information (we need to check ARM9E-S instead). And
Procedure Call Standard, a quite important document which describes ABI for
interfacing between C and assembly code is also hard to find.

BTW, Nokia 770 have been on sale for extremely low price (a bit more than
100 euro) recently at various places. I hope some of you managed to get one
of these devices to share fun of developing for ARM architecture :)
