[FFmpeg-devel] [RFC] port rtsp and ffserver to ipv6

Hey,

here's some (almost) completely untested stuff, for if anyone has too much
time and has ways of testing this (I'm still setting up tests here), but
anyway, attached patches port rtsp/sdp and ffserver over to be
ipv6-compatible. I'm hoping multiple eyes will make it easier to see the bad
stuff in it...
