If you want to test it, just apply my 3 patches, compile, and run fft-test 
and/or ffplay some audio.
That won't test every possible case, but will catch the more blatant 
possible mistakes. Sticking the macros into x264 would be a more thorough 
test, but not as trivial since not quite all of x264's asm uses the 
macros yet.
