[FFmpeg-devel] [RFC] remove fastmemcpy support

Here's an attempt to get this issue resolved..

We should either import (under CONFIG_GPL) fastmemcpy stuff into FFmpeg
or drop support.  Since the former does not appear to be happening any
time soon, I suggest doing the latter with attached patch.
