Good morning gents,

Just wanted to follow up/ping on this before it dies of old age again.  I'm
hoping the TS demux maintainer can look at this and apply as appropriate.
 The streams are all legitimate, the parsing works and is tested, and it
would be a great help in working towards full blu-ray compatibility.  I
believe I've modified the patch acceptably as requested in this thread,
hopefully the latest version is acceptable.
