I have received my personalised version but have not yet signed or sent it, 
but I will before Christmas.

P.S. To those who wonder how the samples collection cleanup is progressing, 
real life events have slowed me down more than I would wanted, but there's 
a mostly working script (just needs support for automatically picking up 
accompanying textfiles). Be assured I have not forgotten about it or given 
up.
