Uh, it works for me (icc (ICC) 11.0 20081105).
I am in the progress of setting up a FATE configuration for it.
Originally I wanted to try with the Sun C compiler, but that can not
build even a single file with -D_POSIX_C_SOURCE=200112 and even with out
it almost all fail (I used the version that is in the OpenSolaris
repositories, and tested both 32 and 64 bit modes, also with
--disable-mmx).
