[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] add build suffix to ffmpeg ffplay ffserver

When passing  --build-suffix=-svn to configure, it used to add that suffix
to the libs and exes. At some time in the past that feature was lost. This
patch adds the suffix to exe's as well as libs.
