[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] clean up LDLATEFLAGS mess in configure

Here is a little something to get rid of LDLATEFLAGS in configure.  It
works fine on my Linux box, it should be safe in other places.
Nonetheless I prefer to have other people test their platforms first,
the original reasons for LDLATEFLAGS appear to be lost in the mists of
time now.
