Those other lines have "maintainers" within the FFmpeg project, and both
are even regularly tested, both by normal users and by FATE.
Also I was not arguing for removing those lines, I was arguing that we
do not make a MSVC developer's so hard that it would be completely
unacceptable to maintain the support for it (the little that is there)
or at least answer our questions about it.
