Now, seriously... I'm not going to have much free time these next couple 
of weeks. That's why I anticipated the qualification task. The decoder 
took 4 days to write + 7 to review. I expect to take at least 2 or 3 
days to write the encoder... I do want to write it, but not now as 
qualification task.
