ffmpeg -f image2 -vcodec j2k  -i jpeg200file.j2k -f image2 -vcodec ppm testABC.ppm

Works, also using jpeg as output is not usefull, it must be raw otherwise
it would be unclear what differences come form jpeg200 and what from jpeg.
