[FFmpeg-devel] Problems compiling FFMPEG in MingW

Hi,

I'm trying to compile ffmpeg for pc. I've followed the instructions
listed at:

<http://arrozcru.no-ip.org/ffmpeg_wiki/tiki-index.php?page=Prerequisites>

I didn't have any real issues with the install of mingw & msys..
however, when trying to

./configure --enable-memalign-hack

it seems somethings goes wrong. During the configure, a temporary
executable is triggered (that's normal) but it never exists. Even
stranger, it triggers NTVDM.exe as it wouldn't run as a regular win32
executable.

doing ms give:

$ ps
     PID PPID PGID WINPID TTY UID STIME COMMAND
    3192       1    3192       3192  con  500 13:46:39 /bin/rxvt
    3968    3192    3968       2784    0  500 13:46:40 /bin/sh
    3724       1    3724       3724  con  500 13:48:19 /bin/rxvt
    3164    3724    3164       2336    1  500 13:48:19 /bin/sh
    3496    3968    3496       4032    0  500 14:12:13 /bin/sh
    3552    3496    3496       3552    0  500 14:12:13
/tmp/ffmpeg-conf-32460-3496-28146
    2420    3164    2420       1360    1  500 15:19:43 /bin/ps

Does anyone know what is happening ?

Thanks,
Marc
