This breaks the PowerPC regression test.

The original modification was already done to fix a wma regression  
problem. So perhaps, there is "solution" that will make the same  
window on all architecture (amd64, ppc, i386, ...)

Add a temp variable to ff_sine_window_init() to match the way wma.c  
computed
window before r14757. This fixes a regression introduced by r14757 on  
amd64.
