No Problem.  Makes sense to me.  Attached is an updated patch which adds a
case for E-AC3 to be handled by CODEC_ID_EAC3.  Also removed the Blu-ray
TrueHD parsing for now pending the MLP parser being able to pull out just
the TrueHD stream from the Blu-ray variant.
