Just got the following mail and as the author refuses to submit it to
the bug tracker and i dont feel like being his secretary i forward it

The program has a EULA that doesn't mention the GPL or ffmpeg. The program 
has a number of files buried in the Resources directory (choose "Show 
Contents"). One file is called Voltaic_c. This Voltaic_c *IS* ffmpeg. 
Voltaic_c converts files using a very familiar cli syntax:

$ prog=Voltaic_c; ps -axwwo command | grep -i "$prog" | grep -v grep
/Volumes/Voltaic-1.5.0/Voltaic.app/Contents/Resources/Voltaic_c -y -r 29.97

No indication AT ALL is given that ffmpeg is used, no GPL is provided. In 
fact, their EULA overrides the GPL:
