[FFmpeg-devel] patch attached : VQA v3 GSoC

Hi,
  I apologize for just pasting the code previously ...I am attaching
the patch ...please give me comments and feedback so
that I can actually make a submission .

Attached is the modified format80, the cbfz , the vptr and vprz decode
functionality
which are needed for VQA v3 decoding. I know am still a long way from ready
but will try.

I still need to know the algorithm for retrieving the vector index to
create the frame.

For now , please disregard the indentation and all, and give me
feedback to make it work :).
