AFAIK no one has a working BSAC patch for FFmpeg.
BSAC is an MPEG-4 "General Audio" coder (also called MPEG-4 TF coder).
That means it uses the same time-frequency model as MPEG-2/4 AAC but
uses a different entropy coding system and thus has a different
bitstream syntax and quantization scheme. Because of this a large
amount of code can be potentially leveraged between both decoders.
FFmpeg has a fast, high quality native AAC decoder already.
ISO/IEC 14496-3:2009 describes BSAC decoding. The (hopefully) soon to
be published ISO/IEC 14496-26 describes test procedures.
Presumably your interest in BSAC is for DVB/T-DMB. If it's for
something else I'm curious as to what.
