Note that the theory here is that if you simply flip a coin in such a case (and
everyone else does, too) this does not cause any significant issue.

The ones you do not specify I expect all count as worse as any you specified
but without being ranked among themselves.
(I am going by the theory that Michael is running a script that does
Condorcet-style tallying here...)
However this all only matter if things get "tight" and in principle we
can still run as many re-votes then.
