Cool; could someone with commit rights commit it?

For background, this gives a warning for an often implemented bug for
many users of libav.  For example, if you don't set these flags
correctly, then Quicktime movie files will not play in Apple's
Quicktime player, but will play just fine in mplayer and VLC.

People making this mistake (and who later tracked down the reason why
and fixed it) include iSquint, Xuggler, and several users on the
libav-users list.  Hopefully the warning gives folks encountering this
situation in the future some clue as to where they went wrong.
